Our Commitment
At The Living Seed Co. every product is printed on demand specifically for you. We are committed to delivering products that meet our quality standards. If something is not right we will make it right.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at planted@thelivingseedco.com with your order number, a clear photo of the item, and a brief description of the issue. We will process your replacement within 2 to 3 business days. No need to return the damaged item.
Returns and Exchanges
Because each item is made to order specifically for you we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. We strongly encourage you to review our size guide before placing your order. If you are unsure about sizing please reach out before ordering.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has entered production it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation contact us immediately at planted@thelivingseedco.com with your order number.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
