Products and Services
The Living Seed Co. sells print-on-demand Christian faith-based apparel and lifestyle products. All products are produced by third-party print providers and shipped directly to customers. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept all major credit cards. Your order is not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.
Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these terms. If your order is cancelled after payment you will receive a full refund.
Print on Demand Disclosure
Every product is made to order specifically for you at the time of purchase. Because of this production process we do not maintain physical inventory. Production begins shortly after your order is placed. Please review our Refund and Return Policy for full details on cancellations, damaged items, and replacements.
Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, logos, images, scripture selections, brand name, and content on thelivingseedco.com are the exclusive property of Liquid Connections LLC (DBA The Living Seed Co.) and are protected by applicable United States and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our content without express written permission. Unauthorized use of our designs or brand assets may result in legal action.
User Conduct
By using this site you agree not to engage in any of the following: submitting false or fraudulent orders, using our site for any unlawful purpose, attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of our site or systems, transmitting harmful or disruptive code, or harassing or threatening our staff or other customers.
